Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and strive to deliver the highest quality service. They may work cross-functionally as an Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs, and must perform the essential duties of these roles.

Team Members are responsible for greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and sharing theatre information while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to perform cash handling and basic math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie details, and general theatre information.
