Job summary

Regal is hiring team members to work in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles with variable hour, part-time, or full-time hourly schedules. The main goal is delivering exceptional guest service across theatre duties.

Roles include POS handling, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting the Crown Club, MPAA compliance, and maintaining cleanliness. Training includes cast certification and Regal beverage server program where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include selling/serving, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Operate POS system in Box Office with accuracy of cash handling and card payments.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Respond to guest questions in a manner consistent with our guest service philosophy.
• In Concession, operate POS, manage cash and stock, promote Regal Crown Club, and ensure food safety laws are followed.
• In Usher roles, tear tickets, direct patrons, monitor safety, and assist with seating and in-theatre sales.
