Cinemark is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across our theaters. You may serve as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed, answering questions and maintaining high-quality service.

You will represent Cinemark with an energetic, friendly attitude and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. Role involves operating POS, handling tickets, providing movie information, and supporting opening/closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provide excellent Guest service.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to take and follow direction and respond with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and special events details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests with professional service.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Supports opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
