Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests, handling POS transactions, answering questions, and guiding guests to theaters with accuracy and courtesy.

In this role you may serve as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require, performing essential duties from ticket verification to safety checks and maintaining clean facilities. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages and backgrounds.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Maintains knowledge of pricing, movies, events, and policies.
• Responds to guest questions with professional service.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned.
