Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles, ensuring guests receive exceptional service. The position can be variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, with responsibilities across attendance, cash handling, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, upselling premium experiences, promoting Regal Crown Club, enforcing MPAA ratings, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting opening/closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Alcohol training certification may be required where applicable.
• Ability to read and interpret MPAA ratings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and handle cash accurately.
• Upsell and promote Premium Viewing Experiences.
• Promote Regal Crown Club membership and concessions programs.
• Enforce MPAA ratings and guest safety protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and maintain cleanliness.
