Qualifications

• Cast certification program completed or progress toward completion required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training when applicable.
• Excellent public speaking and customer interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and handle cash, cards, and vouchers accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Monitor MPAA ratings, respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Concession duties: stock, prepare, clean, and ensure food safety.
• Tear tickets, guide guests, and maintain clean auditoriums and restrooms.
