Job summary

Regal is seeking team members for variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly roles. Primary duties include ensuring guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher positions.

Regular attendance and adherence to dress code are required. Responsibilities include operating POS, processing payments, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring MPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles with a focus on service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must maintain regular attendance and adhere to dress code.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handle emergency situations when called upon.
• General cleaning duties.
• Compliance with company dress code.
• Operate POS at Box Office with accuracy for cash/credit transactions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold according to MPAA ratings and policy.
• Respond to guest questions with a guest-first approach.
• Tear tickets, collect stubs, and guide patrons to seats in Usher roles.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums and facilities after shows.
