Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to provide exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, upsell Premium Viewing experiences, and assist guests while keeping theatre areas clean and compliant with policies.

This position supports variable hour, part-time or full-time hourly schedules and requires consistent attendance and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent guest service in a theatre environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests and staff.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced situations and remain professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash, cards, and tickets accurately.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences where appropriate.
• Assist guests in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles and maintain theatre cleanliness and safety.
