Cinemark is seeking a dedicated Team Member to welcome guests and provide exceptional service in our theatres. You’ll help with tickets, concessions, and ushering duties, ensuring accurate transactions and information delivery.

You'll maintain a clean, safe theatre environment, assist with opening/closing duties, and respond to guest questions promptly. Good English communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Foster a welcoming guest experience with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling and basic math.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and policies.
• Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work in English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs guests to the auditorium.
• Ensures ticketing complies with MPAA rating system and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie options, and theatre information.
• Responds to guest questions professionally and courteously.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and theater appearance throughout shifts.
