Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience in our theatres. You’ll handle ticketing, concessions, and ushering tasks as needed while staying informed on current movies and promotions.

Role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork with the possibility of cross-functional duties. Prior food safety basics may be required; general theatre duties include cleaning and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training or local health/safety certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains regular attendance and friendly, energetic attitude.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and guides Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Maintains clean, safe theatre environments, including lobbies and restrooms.
• Responds to guest questions and ensures a high-quality guest experience.
• Performs opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
