Job summary

Regal Floor Staff are scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees to ensure guests receive exceptional service. They may work in Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, representing Regal per our mission and policies.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash, upselling Premium Viewing Experience, promoting the Regal Crown Club, enforcing MPAA ratings, assisting guests, and maintaining clean facilities; training covers

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required. If the theatre sells alcohol, complete required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS system, handle cash drawer and payments, upsell Premium Viewing Experience, promote Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA-compliant ticket sales, handle guest inquiries.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and inventory, promote Regal Crown Club, operate/clean concession equipment, upsell items, comply with food safety laws, breaks and alcohol policies.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct guests to seats, inspect bags when applicable, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA ratings, conduct in-theatre inspections, assist with in-auditorium sales, clean auditoriums and restrooms, maintain vending equipment, assist with opening/closing duties.
