Cinemark USA, Inc. is looking for energetic Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will assist guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide information on pricing, events, and showtimes.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, food prep safety, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Must be 16+ with flexible availability and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required local certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Provides excellent guest service and communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; takes direction and shows urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs guests to auditoriums.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and special events details.
• Responds to calls and questions from guests with quality service.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe; conducts inspections for film/sound quality and safety.
• Prepares food and operates cooking/warming/popping equipment.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
