Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, run the POS, verify tickets, and share movie information while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with basic food handling training and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during every shift.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, event information and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe; maintains a high quality environment.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
