Job summary

Regal is seeking part-time team members to provide exceptional guest service in concessions, usher, or greeter roles at our theatres. You may be scheduled in Concession or Usher duties, with responsibilities including POS operation, upselling, ticket scanning, crowd control, and maintaining clean theatres.

Experience with cast certification, alcohol training where required, and strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion is required for cast member and box office cashier roles.
• Alcohol training may be required where applicable.
• Must read and understand training materials covering harassment and discrimination.
• Good public speaking, listening and clear responding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer and card processing, and manage concession stock.
• Promote Regal Crown Club & Unlimited programs.
• Operate, prepare and clean concession equipment; upsell items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and breaks policy.
• Read opening/closing procedures and perform opening/closing duties as directed.
• For ushers: scan tickets, direct patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, monitor crowd safety.
