Job summary

Regal is seeking team members for various roles (Box Office, Concession, Usher) to provide exceptional guest service. Position types include variable hour, part-time fixed/regular, or full-time hourly employees. Duties include cash handling, upselling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the theatre.

Candidates should complete the cast certification program and demonstrate strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion required.
• Good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and identify errors.
• Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system with cash drawer, cards, vouchers and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote brand policy, ensure tickets comply with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Answer guest questions politely and assist with seating and directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and dress code; assist in concessions and usher duties as needed.
