Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to ensure guests receive exceptional service in a cinema setting. Roles include Box Office, Concession, and Usher, with shifts ranging from part-time to full-time hourly positions.

Responsibilities include operating POS, promoting loyalty programs, ensuring MPAA policy compliance, and maintaining theatre cleanliness. Training covers alcohol service where applicable and cast certification prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required for cast member and box office cashier.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and on time.
• Handle emergencies as needed.
• Maintain general cleanliness and dress code compliance.
• Operate Box Office POS system and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Promote Regal Crown Club; upsell Premium Viewing options (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Audit tickets in line with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment; upsell items.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to seats, inspect bags where applicable.
• Enforce MPAA ratings; conduct in-theatre checks for safety and quality.
• Assist with in-theatre concession sales as directed by management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
