Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming Guest experience. You will be cross-trained as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed, handling transactions, assisting Guests, and maintaining theatre standards.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, and providing information on pricing and events, while upholding safety and cleanliness across all areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training or local/state certification as required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and promotions.
• Respond to Guests' questions with professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in theatres and facilities.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
