Job summary

Regal is seeking part-time Floor Staff for theatres in the United States. Roles include Box Office, Concession, or Usher, with schedules based on theatre needs and staff availability.

You will sell tickets, operate POS systems, upsell premium experiences, promote the Regal Crown Club, and uphold MPAA ratings and safety standards while maintaining clean facilities. Prior cast certification or progress toward it is required; alcohol service training may be needed where applicable.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion or progress towards completion.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties as scheduled.
• Sell tickets, process payments, and promote premium experiences.
• Uphold MPAA rating system and company policies.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to guest questions and manage crowd flow.
