Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Ushers. You will handle POS transactions, promote premium experiences, and assist guests throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with guests clearly and effectively.
• Experience in guest service or retail is a plus.
• Cast certification program completion is required or progress toward completion.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to seats and concessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and MPAA guidelines.
