Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensure policies are followed, and support across departments. This role trains staff and can advance through the Management Accreditation Program to higher leadership positions.

Core duties include supervising staff, preparing reports, inspecting the facility, and ensuring customer service remains exemplary. Flexible, team-driven environment with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in theatre inspections and equipment condition reports.
• Reports repairs to General Manager and ensures dress code compliance.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies fairly and consistently.
• Reports employee relations issues per protocol.
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct.
• Identifies and sanitizes high-contact areas and uses PPE properly.
• Adapts to cleaning task frequency and scope.
• Addresses safety or security issues as needed.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
