Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and staff across departments. You will train and coach team members, assist in reporting, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining high guest service standards.

You will work under the General Manager, support decisions, and participate in the Cinemark Management Accreditation Program to advance toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Alcohol service training may be required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with excellent guest service.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Monitors theatre facilities and equipment conditions.
• Ensures dress code compliance and guest service excellence.
• Reports employee relations issues per protocol.
