Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will train staff across departments and report to the General Manager, with a path to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond through the Management Accreditation Program.

You will lead in all theatre functions, enforce safety and dress code, and maintain guest satisfaction with strong communication and teamwork. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong guest service and cash handling accuracy.
• Must complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety, dress code compliance, and high standards of service.
• Reports maintenance needs and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Delivers superior customer service and effective team collaboration.
