Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and drive excellent guest experiences.

You will be cross-trained across departments and prepared for advancement to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coaching staff, and ensuring safety, policies, and high service standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program during progression to Assistant Manager.
• Alcohol service training may be required where applicable.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and follow directions.
• Support across all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service is superior and policies are followed.
• Enforce safety, dress code, and address issues promptly.
