Job summary
Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and support the General Manager. You will be cross-trained across departments and play a key role in training staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The position offers a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service, with opportunities for leadership development and growth across Cinemark venues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (three basic courses).
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall operation of the theatre.
- Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
- Support General Manager decisions and communicate with staff.
- Ensure policy compliance and high guest service standards.
- Communicate and report on theatre conditions and safety.
