Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and support a multi-department team. You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and assist in reporting to the General Manager in a fast-paced cinema environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and operational excellence, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any required local/state certifications.
• Management personnel handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the General Manager and support staff.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor theatre safety, cleanliness and equipment conditions.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and provide excellent guest service.
• Communicate policies and procedures to staff and maintain high work ethic standards.
