The Assistant Manager can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service, with a focus on leadership, guest service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead others effectively.
• Excellent cash-handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in communications with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
