Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handler certification or local/state certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Train and coach team members in their specific functions.
• Support General Manager and communicate staffing needs.
• Manage customer service and resolve issues to ensure superior guest experience.
• Ensure safety and compliance with guidelines and PPE use.
• Prepare administrative and special reports as needed.
