Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in the overall operation of the theatre.

You will ensure policies and procedures are followed, support across all departments, and provide inspirational training to employees. The role is a stepping stone to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operation and ensure policies are followed.
• Support all departments and provide training to employees.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Interact with guests to ensure superior service and experiences.
• Adhere to Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Identify safety issues and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
