The role offers cross-training across departments, opportunities for advancement after completing the Management Accreditation Program, and a team-focused work environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Strong hospitality mindset with focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operation and support General Manager.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Ensure policy adherence and safety compliance.
• Engage guests to provide superior customer service.
• Coordinate with departments and manage reports for GM.
