Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and maintain high service standards. You will be cross trained across departments to assist where needed and to coach team members.

After completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months on the job, the role can progress to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager, reflecting growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager’s direction.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in staff communication.
• Work in all departments and all theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure theatre cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition.
• Maintain excellent guest service and comply with policies.
