Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy adherence across departments. The role leads by example, supports the General Manager, and drives outstanding guest service.

Training is provided through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, completing MAP basics, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basics.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintains regular attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions and communicate with staff.
• Work across departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach team members in job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative reports for GM.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper dress code.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handling cash accurately.
