Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and lead teams across departments. You will follow the General Manager's direction and help train staff while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety policies are followed.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with guests.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager's decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and inspects theatre building, parking, landscaping and equipment.
• Reports needs for repairs to the General Manager.
• Ensures Team Members follow the dress code.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior Customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with all Team Members.
• Reports Employee relations issues per policy.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
