Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and train staff across all departments. You will support the General Manager and drive superior guest experiences while maintaining facility standards.

This role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and cross-training opportunities. Applicants should be 18+, possess a High School diploma or GED, and be capable of flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensures theatre facilities and equipment are maintained.
• Maintains dress code and delivers superior guest service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies with fairness and consistency.
