Cinemark USA, Inc. Watchung and XD theatres in Watchung, NJ is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager. You will support theatre operations, train staff, and help ensure top customer service while following Cinemark guidelines.

Across departments you’ll coach team members, monitor safety and cash handling, and participate in management accreditation to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completes Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their job functions.
• Ensures high standards in all theatre departments.
• Monitors safety, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior service.
• Maintains proper dress code and cash handling accuracy.
• Supports management in preparing reports.
