Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will be cross-trained across departments and participate in the Management Accreditation Program with a path to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager.

This role requires flexible hours, excellent cash handling, and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) basic courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certification if required.
• Strong communication and leadership to train and guide team members.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and policy adherence.
• Train and coach team members in their duties across departments.
• Support the General Manager and relay decisions to staff.
• Ensure proper dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Identify repairs and report facility issues to GM.
• Maintain safety, security, and cash handling standards.
