Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, cross-training across departments, and support the General Manager. You’ll help train staff and ensure service standards are met with a focus on guest experience.

Role requires 18+, MAP Core completion, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The position emphasizes safety, dress code adherence, and reporting through established Cinemark procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all theatre departments and functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment condition.
• Reports repairs and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Ensures dress code compliance and exceptional guest service.
• Ensures compliance with Cinemark’s guidelines and reporting protocols.
