Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations, train staff, and uphold Cinemark standards. You’ll work across departments and report to the General Manager, contributing to guest experience and efficiency.

You’ll be cross-trained, complete the Management Accreditation Program, and lead teams while ensuring safety, policies, and financial controls. This on-site role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and follow GM direction.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Ensure excellent guest service and safety compliance.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
