Cinemark USA, Inc. Milford, CT is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help run the theatre and support cross‑department operations. You will assist the General Manager, train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and reliable attendance. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet theatre needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures policies and safety procedures are followed theatre-wide.
• Maintains customer service standards and handles cash with accuracy.
• Participates in safety, security and housekeeping duties as needed.
