You will collaborate with the General Manager, assist in reporting, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the theatre. A management program completion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program or willingness to complete.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and basic math skills.
• Strong communication and English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager and follow management direction.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Ensure consistent customer service and dress code compliance.
• Assist in administrative reporting and safety checks.
