Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy compliance. The role involves working across departments to support operations and maintain service standards.

You will promote a positive guest experience, manage cash handling and records, and contribute to safety and security across the venue as part of the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state required certification/health card.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Oversees all theatre departments and job functions.
• Ensures dress code compliance and excellent guest service.
• Documents administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with staff.
• Addresses safety and security issues and training needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
