Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to support theatre operations across all departments and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will train Team Members and assist in reporting to the General Manager.

You will be cross-trained to handle administrative tasks, guest relations, and safety duties, all while maintaining high service standards and compliance with Cinemark guidelines. This role emphasizes leadership development through the MAP program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's MAP Core program.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Flexible availability including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the theatre across all departments.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles.
• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to dress code.
• Report maintenance, safety, and security issues to the GM as needed.
• Support scheduling and preparation of administrative reports.
