Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are met.

You will be cross-trained across departments, train team members, and help prepare reports for the General Manager while addressing guest needs and safety concerns. The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and advancement to senior roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program preferred.
• Food handling training and any local certification where required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in theatre operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre building, parking, and equipment; report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior guest service.
• Follow Cinemark guidelines and report employee relations issues.
