Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensure policy adherence, and support across all departments. You will train staff, prepare reports, and help maintain high standards of safety and guest service at the Las Vegas location.

Progression through the Management Accreditation Program can lead to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of service. Strong English communication and team leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude at each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication with guests and team members in English.

Mansioni

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff.
• Work across all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment, report repairs.
• Maintain dress code compliance among Team Members.
