Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations. The role involves cross-training across departments, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

The position offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and advancement to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, reporting, safety, and maintaining guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Provides excellent Guest service and maintains daily cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Works across all theatre departments and job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes theatre operations and reports maintenance or safety concerns to the GM.
• Ensures team members follow dress code and deliver superior customer service.
• Identifies and resolves issues with urgency and teamwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
