Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Three basic Cinemark courses in Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports
• Ensures proper PPE use and safety practices
• Monitors guest service and maintains high standards of cleanliness
• Maintains dress code compliance and professional appearance
• Assists in multiple theatre departments as needed
