Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support all theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and maintain high standards across departments. You will be cross-trained to assist in every area and inspire employees through coaching.

Through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, you can progress to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (three basic courses).
• Completes basic food handling training and required local/state certifications.
• If handling alcohol, Safe Alcohol Service training required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in staff communication.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures Team Members follow dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards and uses PPE.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
