Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations. You will support the General Manager, lead teams, and ensure adherence to policies across all departments. Training through the Management Accreditation Program leads to advancement to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond.

You will handle guest interactions, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a positive work environment. This role requires reliable attendance and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program milestones.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Alcohol service training for venues serving alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Strong guest service and basic math skills.
• Effective communication with all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff decisions.
• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions as needed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect and report on theatre facilities and equipment condition.
