Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, follow policies, and train staff. The role involves cross-training across departments and enabling excellent guest experiences.

The position serves as a stepping stone toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities for advancement and growth within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent Guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment condition.
• Reports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to General Manager.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Ensures adherence to Cinemark’s policies and dress code.
• Ensures proper employee relations reporting.
