Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre, ensure policies are followed, and support all departments.

The role trains staff and supports the General Manager, with clear paths to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching team members, preparing reports, ensuring safety and guest service excellence, and maintaining cash handling accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in staff communications.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures adherence to dress code and customer service standards.
• Identifies safety and security issues and coordinates repairs as needed.
