You will support the General Manager, train team members, and ensure policies and safety standards are followed across all departments. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead others, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and support department decisions.
• Train and coach team members to deliver superior guest service.
• Ensure policies, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed theater-wide.
• Complete administrative reports and coordinate with management on issues.
